Xtreme Fit Studio will be collaborating with DAFI Enterprises to bring additional Zumba Classes to the Winchester Area! DAFI Enterprises consist of two ZUMBA(TM) Instructors Amanda Floyd and Desiree Irish.

I am a mom to two very energetic little boys and I work full time for a government contractor in Springfield, VA. I have been into fitness more in the last four years than ever. I love to workout and try to workout at least three times a week in addition to Zumba three or four times. While I love working out, my favorite thing to do it Zumba. I run 5k and 10k just to see how far I can push myself. You don't have to have any coordination or know how to dance. Looking forward to seeing you in my class!!

Desiree
I'm a mother to three children, they also like to do Zumba! I work in Washington D.C. and I'm blessed to have a job that I love and a family who supports my avocations. Fitness has been present the better part of my life, as an athlete in high school and college, and in the military (US Army) to the present time. However, Zumba is, by far, the most fun I've had with fitness and I find it a pleasure to be able to share that enthusiasm with those who attend classes.
