I have been taking classes with Xtreme Fit a while now, I began over 2 years ago when Stacey was subbing with Frederick County. It is a pleasure to be taking the pilates/yoga class offered by Xtreme Fit. I am especially impressed with Shirley and Lora, our instructors. Your classes make my muscles hurt!!! That's a good thing!!!! I love taking classes through Xtreme Fit. Everyone is SO energetic and I really like how you show the different levels of each exercise. It takes out the embarrassment for those of us who just aren't ready for the highest level. No one ever makes anyone feel bad or anything like that.
